Shipping Information
Shipping Costs Free shipping is available on all USA domestic orders over $60! For orders under $60 we charge a flat fee of $4.99
Order Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday. During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Coverage We currently offer shipping within the continental United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times All domestic shipments are sent via USPS or UPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days after shipment.
Order Tracking After placing your order, you will receive email updates for:
- Your tracking number when shipped
- When your order is out for delivery
- When your order has been delivered
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at care@corinaa.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Once an order is marked as delivered, CORINAA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing in transit (before being marked as delivered), please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS).
For damaged packages, please contact us immediately at care@corinaa.com with photos of the damage.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for additional shipping costs for redelivery.
If Your Order Shows Delivered But You Haven't Received It:
- The package may have been scanned early and will arrive shortly
- Contact your local USPS or UPS office with your tracking number
- Check with neighbors or building management
